TO SCHEDULE
  • TOURNAMENT MEETING 2PM - Friday, 1/29/10 - Room #102 (First Floor - Lobby C)
  • Friday, January 29, 2010: 3:30pm - 9pm (25 Courts - Convention Center)
  • Saturday, January 30, 2010: 8am - 9pm (25 courts - Convention Center)
  • Sunday, January 31, 2010: 8am - 3pm (25 courts - Convention Center)

  • Arrive 45 minutes prior to your first match.
  • UNIFORM:
    • White Polo Shirt - NO SHIRTS WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE TOURNAMENT
    • Navy DRESS pants
    • White shoes & socks
  • NO OFFICIALS' MEETING PRIOR TO THE START OF THE TOURNAMENT
  • Midwest Volleyball Warehouse CHECK IN at the officials' room 45 minutes prior to your first match.
  • Convention Center CHECK IN at the officials' room (#103) or at the championship desk 45 minutes prior to your first match.
  • No food will be provided. You are welcome to bring a cooler.
PAYMENT
  • Payment is $25 per match
    • Majority of matches will be 2 out of 3 games using rally scoring. The first two games will be to 25 points with no cap. The third deciding game will be to 15 points also with no cap.

Contract : When you have completed your FINAL match of the TOURNAMENT, fill it out with the total number of matches that you officiated. Hand your contract to Deb or Shauna before you leave the site.

REFFING TEAMS
  • Since we furnish only first referees, you will be working with different teams who will provide the 2nd referee (THE COACH IS REQUIRED), scorer and line judges.
  • Meet with them and instruct them on what you expect.
  • If they need to be reinstructed, feel free to do so.
  • Be sure to compliment a job well done.
