SCHEDULES
The criteria used for scheduling assignments are based on Certification, History and Availability

1st Weekend 2009 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) - April 17-19, 2009

  • 12 Club, 13 Club, 16 Club, 16 Open, 17 Club, 17 Open, 18 Club, 18 Open

2nd Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) - April 24-26, 2009

  • 14 Club, 14 Open, 15 Club, 15 Open
SITE - [Map to the Minneapolis Convention Center]
  • Arrive 45 minutes prior to your first match.
  • UNIFORM:
    • White Polo Shirt or shirts provided by the tournament
    • Navy DRESS pants
    • White shoes & socks
  • All officials working the MORNING or ALL DAY session - check in at the officials' room (TBD) by 7:15am.
  • If you are officiating the AFTERNOON session only, check in at the championship desk by 2:15pm.
  • No food will be provided. You are welcome to bring a cooler.
  • You are responsible for cleaning up after yourselves.
PAYMENT
  • Payment is $24 per match
    • Majority of matches will be 2 out of 3 games using rally scoring. The first two games will be to 25 points with no cap. The third deciding game will be to 15 points also with no cap.

Contract : When you have completed your FINAL match of the TOURNAMENT, fill it out with the total number of matches that you officiated. Hand your contract to Deb or Shauna before you leave the site.

REFFING TEAMS
  • Since we furnish only first referees, you will be working with different teams who will provide the 2nd referee (THE COACH IS REQUIRED), scorer and line judges.
  • Meet with them and instruct them on what you expect.
  • If they need to be reinstructed, feel free to do so.
  • Be sure to compliment a job well done.
HOTEL ASSIGNMENTS

An E-mail will be sent directly to the officials that require a hotel room
