History and Availability
BACKGROUND SCREENING FORMS MUST BE ON FILE WITH YOUR REGION
1st Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) - April
8 - 10, 2011
2nd Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) - April
15 - 17, 2011
- Age Divisions: 12, 13, 16, 17, 18

Officials'
Meeting
Thursday, April 14, 2011 -- 8: 00PM
Minneapolis Convention Center - ROOM: 101 A/J
- This
meeting is mandatory for ALL officials not scheduled the previous weekend. If there is a conflict we must be notified no later than Wednesday.

| SITE - [Map to the Minneapolis Convention Center] |
- All matches will be played at the Minneapolis Convention Center, Minneapolis, MN
- All officials working the MORNING or ALL DAY session - check in at the officials' room (101A/J) by 7:00am.
- If you are officiating the AFTERNOON session only, check in at the championship desk by 2:00pm.
- UNIFORM:
- White Polo Shirt or shirts provided by the tournament
- Navy DRESS pants
- White shoes & socks

| PAYMENT |
- Payment is $25 per match
- Majority of matches will be 2 out of 3 games using rally scoring. The first two games
will be to 25 points with no cap. The third deciding game will be to 15 points
also with no cap.
Contract : When you have completed your FINAL match of the TOURNAMENT, fill
it out with the total number of matches that you officiated. Hand your contract
to Deb or Shauna before you leave the site.

| REFFING TEAMS |
- Since
we furnish only first referees, you will be working with different teams who will
provide the 2nd referee (THE COACH IS REQUIRED), scorer and line judges.
- Meet
with them and instruct them on what you expect.
- If they need to be reinstructed,
feel free to do so.
- Be sure to compliment a job well done.
