Officials who worked last week will not be required to attend. NOTE FOR NEW OFFICIALS: If there is a conflict we must be notified no later than Wednesday.

• REMINDERS FOR RETURNING OFFICIALS:
  • Must have badge for admittance
  • New shirts will not be issued to returning officials:
    • FRIDAY: Red Polo
    • SATURDAY: Gray T-Shirt
    • SUNDAY: White Polo with patches

• Arrive 45 minutes prior to your first match.
• UNIFORM:
  • White Polo Shirt or shirts provided by the tournament
  • Navy DRESS pants
  • White shoes & socks
• All officials working the MORNING or ALL DAY session - check in at the officials' room (TBD) by 7:15am.
• If you are officiating the AFTERNOON session only, check in at the championship desk by 2:15pm.

• Payment is $25 per match
  • Majority of matches will be 2 out of 3 games using rally scoring. The first two games will be to 25 points with no cap. The third deciding game will be to 15 points also with no cap.

Contract : When you have completed your FINAL match of the TOURNAMENT, fill it out with the total number of matches that you officiated. Hand your contract to Deb or Shauna before you leave the site.

• Since we furnish only first referees, you will be working with different teams who will provide the 2nd referee (THE COACH IS REQUIRED), scorer and line judges.
• Meet with them and instruct them on what you expect.
• If they need to be reinstructed, feel free to do so.
• Be sure to compliment a job well done.
