Click this link to access the governing rules and guides for the rule set used at the Big City Luau. The modules highlighted below are highly recommended for you to review. The "Abridged USAV DCR" is much easier to read than the unabridged version. Please download a copy and have it with you on your phone/tablet during the event.

Assignments & Required Paperwork

1. A reminder, your application is NOT a guarantee of assignment. We have half the number of courts on Saturday that we do on Sunday, so it will be the norm that officials work one wave on Saturday and All Day on Sunday.

2. YOU are responsible for ensuring you have submitted all the required paperwork listed on our Independent Contractor page. Assignments and payments are contingent on the completion of these requirements.

3. If we do not have a current SafeSport/Abuse Prevention training certificate on file, you would have received an email from Robyn containing instructions on how to obtain this certification. This training is REQUIRED to work juniors events.

4. Officials' assignments are sent via email. Please confirm with a reply indicating you are "Good to Go" AFTER reviewing your schedule.

5. Brad is the primary assignor for the Big City Luau, please contact him first for any questions/issues.

6. If your schedule changes while onsite, please contact Robyn with your updated match count by the next morning.
