Pool Play:
Pool Play is TIMED. The tournament will strictly adhere to the start times listed on the grid schedule.
A "2 short horns" announcement signals the 2 minute warning. NO time-outs allowed after the 2 minute warning.
A "long horn" announcement signals the end of the match AND the start of the shared 5 minute warmup for the next match.
Report Scores: The tournament committee is responsible for collecting completed scoresheets from each court. It's always a good idea to take a picture of your scoresheet so you have a record in case there are issues.
